Press the Reset-Button again to powerup the device - After the iPAQ has booted for the first time, complete the introduction and wait until the device has rebooted. - Use the iPAQ Backup application to restore Base-xx.pbf (the File can be found in ./sa_ahcomm/ FIXME). - Under Settings->System->About->Device ID set the //Device Name// to ahcomm-XX where as XX represents the last two digits of the TIK-Inv. number. ===== Active Sync with Computer ===== - Place the device into the cradle and wait until the New Partnership dialog opens - Choose //Standard Partnership// - Choose //Synchronize with this computer// - Choose //No, I want to synchronize with two computers// (You can only sync with a max. of 2 computers) - Deselect all conduits - Click Finish Remark that you have to sync twice so that the time will get updated too! If you want to connect a device to a third computer, use guest mode instead. Alternatively you can also choose //Guest Partnership//.
